THERAPEUTIC TOUCH THAT RESTORES BALANCE & FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT
Your body has a story to tell, and massage therapy is one way to help it heal, recover, and thrive. As a Registered Massage Therapist, I provide evidence-based, hands-on care designed to reduce pain, release tension, and restore balance so you can move through life with more ease.
MY PHILOSOPHY
My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a focus on listening, both to you and to what your body communicates, so together we can reduce pain, restore balance, and support your long-term wellness. My goal is simple: to create a safe, compassionate space where you can heal, relax, and feel at home in your body again.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth!
I am a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since 2018. My training began at Trillium College in Kingston, and I later expanded my skills with a specialization in Ashiatsu Massage Therapy through the Canadian Institute of Ashiatsu Massage Therapy in Ottawa.
Massage has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve long been fascinated by the way the body moves, heals, and responds to therapeutic touch. What I love most about my work is that no two people are the same, each client brings a unique story and set of needs. Whether it’s easing pain, releasing tension, or creating a quiet space to recharge, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support your body in feeling its best.

Feel good again
THE RMT DIFFERENCE
While both relaxation massage and Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) can leave you feeling great, the difference lies in regulation, training, and purpose. Relaxation massage is often offered in spas and focuses mainly on stress relief and general relaxation, with no standardized training requirements. In contrast, RMT is a regulated healthcare profession through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). RMTs complete extensive education in anatomy, physiology, and clinical assessment, and treatments are tailored to address specific concerns like pain, injury recovery, mobility, or preventative care. This higher standard of practice means treatments are safe, evidence-based, and often covered by extended health benefits.
Insurance Coverage
Many extended health care plans cover Registered Massage Therapy. Please check with your provider for details on your specific coverage.

ASHIATSU MASSAGE
Ashiatsu, sometimes called “barefoot massage,” is a unique technique where the therapist uses their feet (with the support of bars overhead) to apply broad, deep pressure. This allows for a more even, gravity-assisted massage that reaches deep layers of muscle without the discomfort of pointy pressure. It’s especially effective for chronic tension, larger muscle groups, and those who prefer a deeper massage experience.
